Formally Nystrom & Associates had to change their name not only because of bad client reviews but also bad employee reviews. You are a number at this llc, not a client as you would be in a non-profit organization.

I'm a bit frustrated right now with how things are going... I don't think I've seen my doctor in 5 or 6 months.... I've been trying to schedule with her but every time I do they call me about a week before the appointment and say she's out of office for another month. I've been wanting to change my meds and ask some questions but I can't since I can never get an appointment with her. Than the I ask to have my meds refilled and the nurse says I need to see the doctor to get the refilled!!! I got the all figured out but still ... read more
