Previously 'Nystrom & Associates'...Attempted to find new provider after my last one (I think they burnt her out) from here left and Amy Kuritz kept calling in sick and canceled on me before first appointment (twice) when I needed medication refills. They also charge you interest per month on medical bills, ew. It's very hard on get ahold of a nurse because they outsource everything and nothing is local. Worst billing practices and billing delay I have ever experienced. Took 3 months to be told that were a tier 2 for insurance, resulting in a large bill. Refused to adjust balance in any way or take any responsibility for long delay. Patient portal is a joke that was faulty and not able to speak to anyone in person about or at the front desk when checking in was also never told about appointment cost.

Dr. Heather Duzyski is the 'prescription' for exceptional care! This clinic is lucky to have her, and we're even luckier to have found her. Her dedication to her patients' well-being is heartwarming, and her ability to explain complex information is impressive. I highly recommend her and this clinic!

Called to find out if my insurance was accepted at this clinic. The receptionist had absolutely 0 concept of insurance coverage. She the proceeded to give me names of 2 Individuals she still couldnt confirm would be covered. I asked for their numbers to get ahold of them and was told no. Then she proceeded to tell me that one of the therapists age discriminates and only sees patients between 5 and 30. This whole clinic is just mis and underinformed and needs a refresher at basic phone answering.

We have had a wonderful experience with Nystrom thus far. The people answering calls and scheduling appointments are helpful and informative. Amy (Psychiatry) as well as Susan (counselor) have been great to work with! There was no wait time like so many other places in the area. I will recommend Nystrom to others!
