UPDATE: 25JUNE2026, I am able to utilize "followmyhealth" portal as intended now, thank you. Since early May I was of the belief my therapy appointments had to be in person. I learned that during a call I made in May 2026, trying to switch an appointment to virtual due to my severe health issues. I guess you get "strikes" or penalties for canceling appointments same day, 2-3 strikes will lead to you losing the ability to see your therapist. Stephanie S has been AMAZING to work with! She has gone above and beyond to explain how certain mediations work by themselves, interact with current meds, and help make recommendations for future treatment plans. The best part is, Stephanie does all of this in collaboration with the patient themselves. Ultimately leaving the choice up to the patient, while keeping health and safety in mind. Her approach is incredible and her care is top tier. She is an asset to this organization. I can’t wait to keep working with her!

Worked with an initial advocate who helped me get appointments very quickly with both Tiffany and Stephanie right away. It has been an amazing experience and for the first tim in my life I feel so comfortable and hopeful. Highly recommend

I had explained that medications were not working and that I felt as though I was going to hurt someone. They seemed to not care or think it was a crisis and made me wait over 2 hours to be seen. When I finally saw my psychiatrist she kept me on the same medications even though I stated they were not working and needed to be changed. She said to "wait a little longer." Clearly when a crisis is at hand they do not care about the wellbeing of the patient or anyone around them. I'm still fighting to get my medications changed.

The staff at front desk are very helpful for check in. I have never been in therapy before and my therapist is very knowledgeable and is most helpful in guiding me through the process. I would recommend Sagent to anyone looking for a company to provide a great service in the Brainerd and Baxter area.
