Extremely poor customer service. I had both my therapist and psychiatrist leave Ellie Mental health right before the merge happened. I followed them and almost a year later was footed a bill for already paid services. I have now been going on two months of back and forth with customer service to rectify this with insurance and refund the almost $1500 taken out of my bank account. Melissa m Fairchild has been for the last 3yrs managing myself and my 2 now almost 10yrs old girls meds for our ADHD and other mental health disorders and I honestly couldn't express how much she has helped all 3 of us providing us with meds that not only have helped us stay on track at school and work . I do not give reviews so you know this one is important. I’ve been seeing Melissa Fairchild and after years of struggling and not knowing what’s wrong. She was able to help pinpoint and prescribe the best medication that worked for me. I’m now extremely happy with myself and in life and I would recommend her for anyone.

I was a patient here that suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a near fatal motorcycle accident and Sherry (the owner) decided to kick me out at my 4th day of being there and decided to tell everyone that I left on my own. Why would they put a vulnerable person out on the street for no reason. If I could file a complaint I would definitely do so because they are focused more on the money than they are helping those who truly need it. I rarely give 5 stars but Esther Yankey is incredible! She gave me hope and she actually helped me! I was seeing a different provider for short term help dealing with a really difficult divorce, over medicated and lack of proper understanding of medication led to a lot more difficulties. I reached out and I got Esther... she listened, understood, and cared! If you are navigating trying to get off of any type of medication, especially anxiety medications, please see Esther!
