I contacted this office when I needed a new provider after recently moving. They made me sign up for two separate intake appointments, and told me that the emails for the new patient paperwork would come from two different places. I got 2 emails from the same place, both which included a password to fill out the forms. I filled out one. The second form would not open and I got an error message that the password provided was invalid. My insurance covers this place so I was very happy to be able to finally talk to someone. I am able to get ahead of my problems and found healthy coping mechanisms for post partum depression

They gave me a "good faith estimate" of $200 and then I got a bill for almost $600. You are the ones CAUSING mental health distress. Very predatory and harmful

please read.So I went here for like 7 years and had a TBI traumatic brain injury within that time I started splitting off and to something that's called associate identity disorder and I started missing appointments and they discharged me what's understandable if you don't make an appointment that makes sense but they banned me from the clinic for life so not helping the person but banning them or missing an appointment 3 never had an issue throughout the entire time I was there and then all of a sudden this I give it negati... read more
