The billing department has left me more depressed than when I started therapy. I called when I lost my insurance and begged them to take the credit card off file until I got my new insurance card. They said they would but I have charges on that card anyway today. I tried to call back today and nobody would answer the phone. I was instructed to leave a message and they would get back to me in THREE business days.
I have heard good things about this place from a friend so I thought I would give it a try. Going into it I had high hopes but I never even made it to a session due to the fact I had to fill out the same paperwork multiple times and they never received it. what a waste of time. Ultimately called them to check the status and when they told me that they still haven’t received my paperwork. Ended up telling them to get me out of their system
Edit: After posting this review (which was initially 2-stars) I was contacted by the clinic manager and we had a good conversation over the phone. I felt heard and she was understanding of my situation, and she provided some solutions for me if I were to encounter this problem again. I appreciate that. So far I'm a New client and I can't get a hold of anyone at the office I'm trying to be seen at for my 1st appointment, my code for the app they wanted me to login to expired so I couldn't login, my therapist never called me to see what was going on, every office has the same number that nobody seems to answer and I keep getting directed to leave a voicemail that will be returned in up to 2 business days. What good does that do me if I need to communicate with someone for a quick access code so I can attend my appointment?
