My teenage son witnessed a messy suicide 9am this morning. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages someone finally told me (when I called AGAiN because they never even returned my calls) his old therapist would need to sign a transfer & then he could talk to someone, they'd call me back in a bit. It is now 2pm. No one called me. I called and was told the former therapist hasn't gotten around to signing the transfer paper yet. Rebecca C is amazing! I'm very excited to have a therapist that I feel listens an gets it, I don't feel judged and I feel welcome when we speak, that really means alot.
