My teenage son witnessed a messy suicide 9am this morning. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages someone finally told me (when I called AGAiN because they never even returned my calls) his old therapist would need to sign a transfer & then he could talk to someone, they'd call me back in a bit. It is now 2pm. No one called me. I called and was told the former therapist hasn't gotten around to signing the transfer paper yet. My telephone conferences/Zoom meetings with Kaitlyn Foss have been very helpful to me. She listens well and provides me with insights into my behaviors and thoughts. Kaitlyn is great, and I truly favor the over the phone/Zoom meetings as opposed to having to drive every week. Great experience!
Latina is the best therapist I’ve had in my life and I’ve been in therapy almost 30 to 40 years, but that was down in Texas. The schedulers are kind, caring and efficient. They are excellent at sending text reminders of appointments. Highly recommend.
