Jennifer Abele was wonderful for our pre marriage counseling, we did about 6 or 7 sessions with her and really got a lot out of it. Highly recommend. Only took one star off because the lady with gray hair at the front desk we saw every-time is not great and always had to rescan our insurance because she would lose it every single time or couldn’t locate it and overall is very spacey.

The recent telehealth-visit with my provider at Sargent-Nystrom was pleasant. We reviewed a recent dosage adjustment on a medication. I appreciate the knowledge, thoroughness and expertise of the doctors, physician assistants and therapists at Sargent-Nystrom.

One of the staff refused to see me due to something that they will not explain, and when tried to make an appointment with a different staff they said that they would not be able to take myself or my partner. But have not told us any type of reasoning as to why. Very rude and not in any way professional . If I could put 0 stars I would.

This place just keeps going downhill over the years especially since Nystrom took over. The better therapists have left then you get paired up with someone new and fresh out of graduating who has minimal engagement in the session and has no response to trauma after you tell them what you’ve been through, and just has a look on their face as if “you went through that?” Every time I call in it goes to someone in the Madison office who are clueless and they have absolutely no idea who the therapists are for Eau Claire. Dealing with some anxiety/,depression concerns likley due to a current medication. Was able to get some relief after a extensive talk with a councelor who was able to isolate and recommend a medication that has seemed to help the concerns.
