I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist here for over two years. This provider is not returning my calls for a medication refill (a mood stabilizer , which is dangerous to get off of cold turkey). Her nurse isn’t returning my calls either and I’m currently going through medication withdrawals. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. And because it’s a weekend, they will not return my calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! they are highly unprofessional. I have been going here for many years and I have been experiencing medical issues and medication symptoms I have developed for a very long time. I wanted to change my meds I had kept asking to change them and I have been told no one changing anything and to just increase the doses of the medications I have been taking for so long now. I’ve been receiving services from Nystrom and Associates for many years. Their attention to your needs is always focused on, and I feel like their staff is well trained to handle any situation one might struggle with. They are very open to the LGBTQ+ lifestyle, and I didn’t feel ostracized in any way. Each therapist has always been kind, considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you contact them at one of their many locations. Telehealth services are available as well.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Nystrom and Associates in Eden Prairie! I've only had two therapy appointments so far, but I'm already looking forward to scheduling my next ones.
