Absolutely awful mental health practitioner. Since they have rebranded as Sagent, everything has gone downhill. We are unable to get our medication management team to answer calls, medication goes unfilled for days at a time, messages are not returned, and billing is a mess. They say they charge $85 for a missed appointment, but when their providers skip our appointments, we don't get a refund of any type. Go ahead and call them now and see if anyone picks up. Scheduled face time visit once a month. Not able to contact provider. No response from provider till next month. Can contact provider assistant. Get a call back from assistant 2 weeks later. But no e-mail. No ability to leave phone messages for provider. No contact till next appointment.

If you are looking for a behavioral health experience that feels like starring in a surreal theater piece directed by Kafka, Sagent Behavioral Health delivers. My appointments felt less like therapy and more like auditions for a production called The Blood Pressure Chronicles, where vitals get the starring role and you are cast as a confused background extra. I want to start off by being very clear that this is not a review of any therapist or counselor who works here, but of the clinic itself. My son is currently 11 and has been going to Ellie, now Sagent for medication management since he was 8 to help treat a number of neurological differences. When he is medicated, he's just an ordinary kid. When he is not, little things set him off and lead him into threatening acts of violence, attempts at violence, and self harm including attempts to end his own life. The girls on the phone setting up appointments are BEYOND kind, patient and nice. Nick M- I can’t exactly put into words but has to be one of best therapists I have seen in my 40 years. It’s not like a conversation with a friend- he interrupts you, holds you accountable and sets goals with you. If you’re looking for a place that pairs you with someone aligned with your needs then you’ve found it. Thanks to all of you- for everything!
