I love working with Caylor. I’ve had several therapists that just didn’t work with me. People that just want to say “it’s okay” and pat my back, but Caylor will tell you how it is, with love and professional, of course. She’s real! When you walk into her office, it feels like an extension of her home, which makes you feel comfortable. Compassionate, non judgmental treatment with Intelligent individuals who were capable Enough to diagnose me and get me medication my first visit. I had been doctring with someone else for eight months before with no improvements. These people are the real deal!

Absolutely wonderful! I'm a female and in the past I've always chosen a female for therapy yet this time I did the opposite and I am very happy I did! He has a good vibe and it's obvious he is knowledgeable and eager to get me to where I need to be! Which I really appreciate! I had been putting it off for so long to get counseling thinking it would be too painful and re-traumatizing but with Riley I don't feel that at all all I regret is that I wished I had known about this place sooner! Riley is amazing

Had a very rough first interaction with them. Commutation was the main issue. Reached out with questions when appointment was made and no return. Then the Appointment was cancelled last minute with very little notice and real explanation why. Return calls were not made. Finally when contact was made to reschedule I asked if there was a better form of communication beside phone call was told “not really just depends who you get and how much effort they put into it”. I don’t want to say anything about the entire organization, but if you choose to go here. I would not recommend you have Sophie as your therapist. I had her, and I cannot say she was all that great. I was going through a really rough patch. My classmate was shot and killed, and someone else I knew had died. She wasn’t very sympathetic, and she even question my grief saying, “How well did you know this person?” You don’t downplay someone’s grief.
