I was informed that my therapist would be going on maternity leave, which I completely understood and respected. However, after that, no one from the office followed up with me regarding her return or offered to assign a new therapist. As someone seeking mental health support, being left without communication or a plan for continued care felt disappointing. I expected more consistency and follow-through from a mental health provider.

I cannot say enough good things about the providers at Ellie Grand Rapids. I highly recommend Ellie Mental Health to anyone needing guidance on their mental health journey.
This is a good agency, with good people. I would have a much more difficult time managing my mental health without this provider. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Even therapists I don't know have helped me feel more comfortable and welcome within this location. Horrible place. There's no receptionist no one to call, you have to call someone in the cities to make an appointment. I tried to cancel an appointment by texting back cancel and they still marked it as a missed appointment, and I made another appointment and my doctor didn't come online for it,and I got marked for another missed appointment.
