The Nurse Practitioners who manage medicine At Nystrom and Associates are great. They are thorough, knowledgeable, professional people who are kind and caring. They execute their duties with dignity always keeping in mind the patients mental health and point of view.

Terrible service horribly rude. Not sure how it's fair that they can cancel your appointment the same day within an hour three times in a row but then when you try to make it and because of traffic you running a little bit behind they have a 7 minute window was there in 9 minutes and even called them and was told can't be seen because I'm too late horrible. I knew the moment I walked through the door I was going to have a good experience. The first person I met was the receptionist. Very kind, happy, attentive to my arrival immediately!😊Bri is AMAZING. What a joke. I was paying for my son's Alcohol assessment but didn't get the payment in time as I was at another appointment and called them to pay it 5 minutes too late. I then paid them at that time. But they would not see him (virtual visit) and told him they needed to reschedule for Monday. So I called back and told them he needs the assessment today. no respect for your time or money. first appointment, doctor is late, treats you with little care and like a bot, awkward silence and cold shoulder. fill out forms after first appointment that were crucial for my second as they told me a million times. forms take longer then 2 weeks (their cutoff for the forms to be filled out or you'll be dropped) to get to me by EMAIL and mail. i fill them out, assume all is well and received because they didnt communicate anything wrong or drop me.
