They are amazing and fast to get help with depression and anxiety and etc
Nystrom & associates was great about getting me in to see someone for my medications almost immediately. A message sent Friday to them requesting an appt got me seen on Monday morning. I was quickly given a referral for counseling. Where they matched me with someone who can take my insurance, will do telehealth, deal with dual diagnosis patients and was able to get me a provider who can fit me in to get schedule relatively soon. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of Nystrom & Associates. This was my 1st visit and immediately put at ease by the front desk staff. The check in process with a large amount of paperwork was explained clearly in a very helpful way. The provider I met with was a most kind & knowledgeable person. My counselor is excellent. She knows what she's doing when it comes to accurate diagnosis. She listens carefully and asks the right questions in order to help me get to a better place in my mind when I'm struggling greatly and near crisis. I am grateful to be able to meet with my counselor over the telephone so thank you Nystrom & Associates for that! I will continue to meet via telephone with my counselor to deal with my mental health and hopefully gain tools to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!
I was able to get seen within days. My therapist is amazing and I feel very comfortable with her and am looking forward to my next sessions to help me continue to heal.
