I love that they had therapy appointments available within 2 days of my call and was also able to schedule another appointment the next week same time. I have been to other clinics like ACP and private practices. It's unheard of to get a therapy session this fast, even my general doctor told me there is a long wait for getting therapy. To me, being there when I really need the help, not 5 weeks out, made all the difference in the world. I feel like the addiction counselors have not helped our family they only tore us appart and they actually offered my boyfriend to move in with a female, they haven’t provided support for me as someone living with a person with addiction and how to guide me through this and support for us as a family has not been there and left me high and dry. Disappointed. We come from a split household with multiple kids looking for help with our child who has learning disabilities. They require each adult to have their own therapist instead of doing it by household (so parents cannot have same therapist, which means more money for Nystrom as they make each person have their own therapist). They don't seem to accommodate around a family schedule - we tried virtual therapy at first but then they insisted on having it in-person. My therapist is very kind and compassionate and treats me with empathy. They're good about scheduling appointments and accommodations with over video, phone, in person. I'm very glad that I do my mental health services with them.

Nystrom has always been helpful to me. I've been to different locations in the western suburbs. I really like Treasure, she's easy to talk to & understands my predicament. I also have been seen Mary Bingham and I really appreciate her also. I feel I am in great hands with both of them. Thanks again, Debra
