I have been disappointed in this practice for some time. We had one pleasant experience with a therapist, and most therapists are kind-hearted, however they expect you to be on time while they consistently show up anywhere between 5-15 minutes late. Twice I have gone to appointments with my child and they failed to let me know the appointment was overbooked or cancelled. I love that they had therapy appointments available within 2 days of my call and was also able to schedule another appointment the next week same time. I have been to other clinics like ACP and private practices. It's unheard of to get a therapy session this fast, even my general doctor told me there is a long wait for getting therapy. To me, being there when I really need the help, not 5 weeks out, made all the difference in the world. I feel like the addiction counselors have not helped our family they only tore us appart and they actually offered my boyfriend to move in with a female, they haven’t provided support for me as someone living with a person with addiction and how to guide me through this and support for us as a family has not been there and left me high and dry.
