This is such an inviting location. I really liked the checkin system when you show up, it was seamless on even our first visit. Plenty of spots for people to sit while waiting on their therapist or parents if bringing a kid. Yes this location sees kids, which can be hard to find at times. Love that they have water and coffee as well as tea in the waiting area. My child’s therapist is very easy to talk to and explained everything really well before excusing me to step out. The intake process was lovely. I was able to get my child in quickly and with someone that connected with them immediately. After one visit, I received an email saying the provider was no longer with Ellie and they would help me find a new provider. I called to do that and was put on a waitlist for someone that was a good fit for my child. I have not been able to reach Ellie since. Good place for therapy if you're a child or have very minute struggles with mental health, but wouldn't suggest coming here if you're anything besides those two things.
