My counselor prefers not to be announced but she is great. I recommend her everyone. This is a facility is clean. The receptionists are very friendly. There are no rude experiences here. I talk about anything and pretty much everything. It is my time to talk and work through the things on my heart, pain situations present and past, sometimes in the future. I leave with advise sometimes. Sometimes I leave knowing I was able to get something out and off my chest.
Plan ahead notes: From Lexington Ave, turn onto Centre Point and go straight into the parking lot (not around the other side of the building). Go in the door with the Nystrom label, walk to the end of the hall and go right. Review: nice location, good therapists.

I'm not going to say anything negative about Nystrom and associates as a whole because it a great clinic and pretty much all of the people I have dealt with there are amazing. I was trying to find a suitable therapist at either the Maplewood or Woodbury one they didn't have any female therapists available so I was sent to mendota heights which was fine. I just started using Nystron and Associates and am very happe so far with everything from scheduling to my physiatrist. It's been very easy to make and appt, change an appt, even change the location of the appt. The notifications are really on top of things so no way should you miss an appt. And Yuliya is so amazing! I just met her and she already one of my favorite people! She's very intelligent, knowledgeable and willing to listen to all needs.
