Company is insanely money hungry. This office has put me in debt because of their shady business practices. I was not informed of lapses in coverage or any incurring fees, I was under the impression that insurance had still been paying for sessions. Flash forward a couple months and I’m over $5,000 deep in fees. When I expressed my concerns I was met with a lack of empathy or any form of understanding. I came from the ellie mental health clinic in Winona and it took me months to get set up with a new provider at mendota. When I finally did get connected with someone, I was able to start seeing her. She got sick and cancelled a few of our sessions, then the next week I got a call from the clinic that our session was cancelled because my provider was sick. If I could give zero stars & still leave a review, I would. The provider we had with Ellie was excellent, but the company is a disaster. They have no staff in offices to answer phones (if you go to an office, you find a check-in kiosk, no people); the med-refill email address is staffed by people who are completely incompetent (take WEEKS to reply, only after many emails, and then still get things wrong); it's impossible to message your provider directly when you have time-sensitive situations (which happens CONSTANTLY when ... read more

I would give zero stars if able. I had my first appointment with Mary Mackiewicz the week of 6/9. She scheduled me for my second appointment on 6/19. That was a hectic day as I had back to back appointments all day. Then I had to hurry to Mendota Heights from Circle Pines in time for my noon appointment. I show up on time. I sign into the kiosk & I wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes. I thought maybe I did not check myself in correctly so I go to the kiosk and check myself in again. I have had literally zero success in getting a hold of anyone. I have left countless voicemails to reach my son’s doctor. The app they make you download isn’t set up to send messages, email they provide you doesn’t actually work either… And when you call it takes more than three days to hear back… Got a voicemail from Corey (A week after I called the first time)…saying (I think both boys are due for follow ups for refill requests and to call back)….
