Nystrom and Associates is one of the worst businesses Ive ever had to deal with. When you make a complaint, it goes absolutely nowhere. I have called multiple times over the last year to try and get answers for the worst service I have ever been given. They told me they would put my account on hold until they investigated my complaint, yet they sent it to collections and flat out lied about trying to reach out to me. I have been waiting for months for a phone call. They claim they've left me voicemails. I have received none.... read more
Very good leadership. Rena is a competent and organized counselor. I've only had two group meetings and one counseling session and I already am applying what I learned.
If you want your therapist/psychologist to keep cancelling your appointments last minute more than once in a month, definitely come here and don’t get the help you need!
Very friendly staff and my therapist is very nice and makes me feel comfortable
Bao Tran (PA-C) has been AMAZING & so helpful! He truly cares for his patients; he listens to everything you have to say which is very rare now days. He is TRULY compassionate, caring/kind, and a great listener!! I HIGHLY recommend Nystrom & Associates; especially Bao Tran ☺️ You can tell He really loves his job and helping others!! Thank-you for the great compassion and care!
