This was my first real appointment with Therapy at Sagent. Abby was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. Her personable, client-centered focus had ne at ease immediately.

They listen, are kind and want to get you mentally where you’d like to be. Highly recommend. Also, like that if there is a negative review - they don’t delete it, they do whatever they can to resolve any and all issues.

Nystrom and Associates is one of the worst businesses Ive ever had to deal with. When you make a complaint, it goes absolutely nowhere. I have called multiple times over the last year to try and get answers for the worst service I have ever been given. They told me they would put my account on hold until they investigated my complaint, yet they sent it to collections and flat out lied about trying to reach out to me. I have been waiting for months for a phone call. They claim they've left me voicemails. I have received none.... read more

Well I ended up with a different provider after 15 years of service for mental health and I think Catherine seems to be a good fit so far I like her and there's nothing I don't like about her least not yet haha I think we're going to work together very well I have a lot of issues so I'm glad she's there for me thank you Catherine thank you

Very good leadership. Rena is a competent and organized counselor. I've only had two group meetings and one counseling session and I already am applying what I learned.
