Nystrom and Associates is not only run very poorly, but will take your money and leave you with more hurt and frustration than you started with. I would need to write a book on all of the issues I ended up having here. I invested my entire trust and the efforts into a therapist for almost a year to just be completely let down. Everything is done in a timely fashion. I don’t have to call but once to get an appointment, it’s easy to access my therapist and so far the customer service has been great. I like my therapist she’s thoughtful and listens to what I say. She has helped me with sleeping meds, which I really appreciate.

I’ve had some really traumatic experiences with therapists in the past, including confidentiality being broken, so starting therapy again was honestly scary for me. At first I was matched with a therapist who ended up canceling on me twice before we were even able to meet, which made me nervous about continuing. However, the person handling scheduling quickly stepped in and matched me with another therapist, and I’m so grateful they did. She has been an incredible fit. Called and left a message for my child's provider because he took his pm med in the a.m. by accident. The nurse never called back. I called again 8 hours later after leaving multiple messages and found out the provider responded within 30min and he was suppose to be closely monitored for blood pressure and heart issues but they never called back to give any info.
