I was disappointed with my experience. I specifically needed support navigating family dynamics, parenting challenges, and respectful communication. Instead, the approach felt enabling and lacked balance. There was little focus on accountability or structure, and I often felt undermined as a parent. I enjoyed my time here my therapist Ms.Yee Lau was really insightful and very knowledgeable about my situation it was slow pace starting but once the ball starts rolling she helped me look at things in a realistic direction.

Best treatment ever! Staff are super understanding and the programing isn't overwhelming. Food was really good. Councilors all know what they are doing and it shows. My stay here was a great start to my new beginning.

I don’t know why I waited so long to give them a call?! Best new year’s gift to myself ever! A little self help with some guidance is never a bad idea and these people have the experience and expertise to help anyone!

Had canceled appointments but called and manager let me know they apologize and an emergency happened. I was worried it was because of me but was told it had nothing to do with me. Really like therapist and staff is always kind when I call. Felt much better after manager called and informed me of the situation.
