Sagent Behavioral Health is an amazing place for help and the people are amazing as well. I’ve only had 2 sessions with my therapist and I just love this place and my therapist is extremely helpful. May God bless all of their hearts.

I was disappointed with my experience. I specifically needed support navigating family dynamics, parenting challenges, and respectful communication. Instead, the approach felt enabling and lacked balance. There was little focus on accountability or structure, and I often felt undermined as a parent. Rather than working toward healthier family dynamics, session left me feeling blamed and unsupported. Just started working with a therapist there. Want to dig into grief and my concurring disorders with SUD and also with Depression disorder. My therapist is a great listener and is able to follow along with our foundation of my struggles.

I have had a mixed experience with Nystrom & Associates, but it has been more good than bad. Out of the three providers I have seen over the last four months, two are excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I'm very pleased with my current therapist. Sometimes you need to try different people before you find a good fit. Trust your instincts and ask for someone else if the fit isn't right after a few sessions!

Excellent experience. The parking lot is well maintained and the building is easy to get to overall. The front desk team is tremendously organized in all they do. Michelle is a wonderful therapist. Highly recommended.
