I chose this program because it’s close to my house and offered evening hours. 1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the predatory billing practices at this clinic. I have been a loyal patient here for years, but their complete lack of compassion and flexibility for families dealing with medical emergencies is unacceptable. I was hit with a steep late cancellation fee because an urgent medical appointment for my severely disabled and medically fragile child ran long. Predatory billing practices. I have medical assistance and I'm in network and 100 percent covered with Nystrom. A day after my session, I had already been emailed a bill and told that my insurance was invalid which wasn't true. I then had to go through another session because it was too late to cancel without penalty and the next day billed again.
