1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the predatory billing practices at this clinic. I have been a loyal patient here for years, but their complete lack of compassion and flexibility for families dealing with medical emergencies is unacceptable. Predatory billing practices. I have medical assistance and I'm in network and 100 percent covered with Nystrom. A day after my session, I had already been emailed a bill and told that my insurance was invalid which wasn't true. I then had to go through another session because it was too late to cancel without penalty and the next day billed again. Will overcharge you and then continue to raise your bill month over month, including your payment plan, unless you pay in full. Nystroms/sagent scams their clients financially while giving you substandard services.

Worst waste of my my time. Made an apppointment and the doctor never showed, took time off work, did not drive and was ready. I wish I was notified, I am very saddened.
