Predatory billing practices. I have medical assistance and I'm in network and 100 percent covered with Nystrom. A day after my session, I had already been emailed a bill and told that my insurance was invalid which wasn't true. I then had to go through another session because it was too late to cancel without penalty and the next day billed again. Will overcharge you and then continue to raise your bill month over month, including your payment plan, unless you pay in full. Nystroms/sagent scams their clients financially while giving you substandard services.

It's been a nice place so far, my provider is very knowledgeable and kind. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the fees for missing appointments, but I get it.

I originally chose Clare at Nystrom because her background and values aligned well with what my girlfriend and I were looking for. However, I was very disappointed to find out that my appointment with Clare on July 17th was cancelled without any notice. When I called to cancel a separate appointment at a different location, I learned about this cancellation by chance. I explained that I never cancelled that appointment and was told it was a mistake. If you are looking for a therapist whom has a flexible schedule that fits your needs this unfortunately will not be the place for you. All of there afternoon appointments are always taken especially the slots that work best for me. I felt forced to take a spot that doesn't fit best with me because that's all that had next available, but I tried to make it work.
