They definitely don't like answering the phone when you need to cancel or schedule appointments Other than that, services received have been okay. Tried reestablishing services about 2 months ago and just received a call today on May 13th, 2025. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary and there is absolutely no reasonable excuse or apology on why it should take that long to get back to someone looking to get help. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they don’t wanna do their job. I’ve been calling for a half an hour about my daughters apt and the lady just hung up on me now my daughter missed her apt and I’m calling on two phones trying to get in touch with them now and two days for a call back is a absolutely ridiculous and I will never tell anyone to take their child or themselves to this establishment for services Isabel loves just hanging up on you as the phone person.
