I had a horrible experience at the office in Duluth 5 years ago by getting yelled at by a psychiatrist for showing up 5 min late (my anxiety was bad before the appt so I step out to get fresh air). Since then I was on edge about coming back to Nystrom for more support. I found a psychiatrist in another place here in St.Cloud and he used to work at Nystrom/Sagent. I have nothing positive at all to say other than my provider was an amazing person and had a good character on the few occasions I did see her. This place is nothing short of a joke and only got worse after becoming sagent. I have had multiple appointments canceled on me morning of, and it takes 3 months to get rescheduled. My last appointment in December they called to cancel, and rescheduled me for March. I told them I needed FMLA paperwork filled out, and they told me to drop it off and someone would fill it out. Pretty sure Nicole is an actual angel!! Her office feels like a friend’s living room, not a clinic and it makes it a thousand times easier to open up. Nicole doesn’t just listen, she LIIIIISTENS! The stuff I say out loud, what I don’t say, things I hint at without realizing…she picks up all of it and uses it to really refine my care plan. Even through med adjustments and stress spirals she’s been a warm, genuinely supportive presence. My boyfriend went to Nathan for metal health therapy appointments. Every single one was bad and waste of time. DR Anjem was giving out my private information to my family without my consent. She also was forcing me to turn over firearms or she was threatening to have cops pick me up and take me to hospital. When I explained this was illegal; she pushed her heels in even harder and said I better make my mind up fast or she was calling the cops. I was scared and humiliated.
