The displayed trans flags in the entry window did it for me. I think it's fairly obvious from the therapists posted on your website that you're an accepting organization. There's no need to place the trans flag in the entry window. No where in thw facility did I see a Cross. That leads me to believe they do not accept Christians. I cancelled the rest of my children’s appointments. Be careful who you allow to "treat" your children.
It’s impossible to directly contact your caregiver through Ellie - you have to leave a message with a receptionist and sometimes it’s days before you hear back. Very poor communication. After a year with Ellie we decided to drop them and go with a doctor in a different system. Much better.
They are refusing to send me my medical records. I had an appointment today that required I have all my recent medical records. I spent 3 days last week attempting to retrieve them, including filling out a ROI. I talked to 3 different people who all said they would send over my records. Every person failed to do that. Now they are completely ghosting me and not returning my calls or emails. I was desperate for therapy and psychiatric services in March of 2024 and was able to set up telehealth for both through Ellie within one phone call with a relatively short turn around time. My first therapist was a terrible fit but changed her hours after our second session, so I was transferred to a second one who is still the best therapist I have ever had. I have been seeing my provider for a few months now and so far my expierence has been great! I felt welcomed and enjoy laughs and look forward to my appts. I did recieve news my provider is moving elsewhere career wise but she is helping me set up with another provider before she leaves. If i'm being honest the reviews here are not great due to no call center or billiing issues. I have not had a horrible time at all with them!
