Best place I've received mental health care and I've been getting mental health care since I was 3yo! I've made more progress in a little over a year of therapy at Ellie than I ever did in 8 years at the last place. All the people I have interactions with at Ellie and all of my providers I see at Ellie are excellent! It's such a warm, calming, inviting atmosphere. I would recommend all my friends and family to Ellie 10/10!!
I was referred here and did the intake and scheduled a first appointment over the phone. The therapist I was scheduled to see emailed me to reschedule, and then I never got confirmation after I replied to the email agreeing to the new time. The appointment was never rescheduled, and the therapist of course wasn't present at the first scheduled virtual session.
