Med management is the worst. Having to call the provider every month because there's an issue with the refill and the pharmacy can't fix the issue for the entire year. So frustrating and a waste of my time. Going to find anew provider.

STORY TIME! Set up a time to meet with someone back in April of 2024. Figured it would be a trial session or something similar to get an idea of what I was needing. Went well I guess. Set up appointments from that point. THIS IS ONE OF THE ISSUES - there was NO paper form or documentation on prices or payment schedule. The initial request on their site to get an account allows you to upload Insurance info. THAT IS IT. Still no info on prices. No layout. No plan. Not even if your insurance qualifies. I was referred here and did the intake and scheduled a first appointment over the phone. The therapist I was scheduled to see emailed me to reschedule, and then I never got confirmation after I replied to the email agreeing to the new time. The appointment was never rescheduled, and the therapist of course wasn't present at the first scheduled virtual session. Best place I've received mental health care and I've been getting mental health care since I was 3yo! I've made more progress in a little over a year of therapy at Ellie than I ever did in 8 years at the last place. All the people I have interactions with at Ellie and all of my providers I see at Ellie are excellent! It's such a warm, calming, inviting atmosphere. I would recommend all my friends and family to Ellie 10/10!!

i try to give ppl grace & space to be human, but Roxanne Swanson was often beyond unprofessional. from being on her phone totally ignoring me during therapy sessions, to having her child literally *in the room* during our virtual therapy sessions. she was dismissive. she overrode information i gave her about myself in favor of ideas she formed about me that fit her ifs "parts" narrative about who she believed me to be and why. her whole approach seemed to be to tell me to just radically accept everything and meditate about i... read more
