I wanted to thank one of the customer service person (Sophia) who went above and beyond in helping me sched a virtual appt with one of the Psychiatrists PA-C. I was supposed to be bringing someone for an In person but thought it was a virtual appt. Sophia worked to contact the Psychiatrist PA-C and send a new link so we could do the virtual appt. Incredible experience thus far with therapy. Everything is so structured and I have already been given so much insight in a short amount of time. I’m still in intake process but it’s so thorough. I truly feel like I am in good hands. Maya Waller is extremely professional, yet warm and comforting at the same time. I am looking forward to really learning how to heal and manage my mental health better. Thank you Nystrom.

I had a bad experience with a practitioner I was seeing at Nystrom. This person was constantly late to appointments and brought up unprofessional and unrelated talking points that I strongly feel like would be against Nystrom’s code of ethics. I was very disappointed in how I was treated and I did not get the level of care I was expecting at all.

We’ve had a horrible experience with therapists. We had one therapist cancel on us 9x and when we tried to reschedule with a different therapist we were told that therapist had to close notes before another one could take over. Months later that still hasn’t happened.
