If you want medication filled on time and have quality care, best to go elsewhere. This company used to be called Nystrom & Associates, since acquiring Sagent it seems they don't care anymore about clients who have given them on and off 10 years of business because it's okay to have patients go without medication for days. They will call endlessly to get appointments booked, but when it's time to have your medication approved to be filled, better luck elsewhere. I have been with the Nystrom side of this since i was single digits. I have gone to them for so long i knew nothing else. Over that time its been very mediocre at best. But the bright side was at least they could get my medication refills in early. as a big concern was timing. I can no longer even say that is a positive that remains. The professionalism of this place has got down significantly over the last year and a half. I wanted to thank one of the customer service person (Sophia) who went above and beyond in helping me sched a virtual appt with one of the Psychiatrists PA-C. I was supposed to be bringing someone for an In person but thought it was a virtual appt. Sophia worked to contact the Psychiatrist PA-C and send a new link so we could do the virtual appt. I have been going to Sagent behavioral health previously known as Nystrom And Associates for many years. I have had really good experiences with all those that I’ve come in contact with. I highly recommend Peace facilities.

Incredible experience thus far with therapy. Everything is so structured and I have already been given so much insight in a short amount of time. I’m still in intake process but it’s so thorough. I truly feel like I am in good hands. Maya Waller is extremely professional, yet warm and comforting at the same time. I am looking forward to really learning how to heal and manage my mental health better. Thank you Nystrom.
