With my experience, I feel as if these health care providers are dedicated, passionate about helping you, and in some cases, relatable. Finding a good provider for me was really important. I was previously dealing with the VA. I've had countless providers at MPLS with countless sessions. Community Care through the VA was how I got set up. Since switching here, I feel much more confident that I am actually making the progress that I want and actually listened to more than I ever have previously. Wonderful place. Thank you!

I have been going for a long time to Nystrom for EMDR therapy and Nurse for meds. Sagent sends my prescriptions to Health Partners order by mail system-no problems. Both have been exceptional providers. The EMDR Therapist went independent, before Sagent. I have struggeled with childhood trauma and recovering. Its a long path with lovely times. Al Anon helped too. Hang in there and find a provider that feels safe. I did at

If you want medication filled on time and have quality care, best to go elsewhere. This company used to be called Nystrom & Associates, since acquiring Sagent it seems they don't care anymore about clients who have given them on and off 10 years of business because it's okay to have patients go without medication for days. They will call endlessly to get appointments booked, but when it's time to have your medication approved to be filled, better luck elsewhere. I previously saw a therapist at this practice and had a decent experience. After a few months away, I tried to get back on her schedule but was told I needed to see someone new, who was described as having experience with postpartum depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, the session with Maya was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I’ve had the good fortune to work with 2 counselors at Sagent Behavioral Health during my counseling sessions. Their professionalism, compassion, and the genuine concern for your welfare is welcomed and comforting when uncomfortable or unpleasant discussions have to be had, to achieve progress towards wellbeing and good relationships!
