Dr. Coren is simply a brilliant doctor that immediately diagnosed me with the need for a left hip replacement. He expedited the xray and MRI procedures and made it possible for me to schedule surgery with Dr. Arrojas and Arron Smith, PA. Dr. Arrojas and Arron Smith were the most talented surgical team that replaced my left hip. The surgery only took a few hours. Unbelievable! Went to Vero Orthopedic Urgent Care after injuring my back. I was seen by Dr Coren who did a through examination and ordered X-rays that were done in house. Old and new damage observed in X-ray so MRI was scheduled for the next day. I received a call from Dr Coren while driving home from the MRI with the results. He confirmed a new compression fracture and advised of what to do over the weekend before my follow up on Monday morning. This was the best medical experience I have had. Dr. Seth Coren has been my doctor since I moved to Vero Beach eight years ago.
