I'm so glad I found the The Vein Institute. They were able to get me in very quickly, diagnose my veinous insufficiency and set me up for my surgery all in one day. The staff was so kind and friendly and Dr. Procter couldn't have been more knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I look forward to my surgery and getting my legs looking and feeling better.

They performed 2 Ablations, a phlebotomy, and round of sclerotherapy for me and my 8+ years of vein problems are no more. Very professional team. Highly recommend!
After 6 months, I am still trying to recover from botched sclerotherapy treatments at St. Johns Vein Center. I lost faith in Dr. Concepcion (after giving him exceptional reviews) when I returned with my infected ankle and was told he would address my situation with the group of doctors. I'm still waiting for a response 6 months later. I was finally released from Wound Care St. Augustine a week ago, but my ankle is still painful and I have difficulty walking. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
