It’s always 5 stars at The Vein Institute. The waiting area is always clean and well- maintained. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and efficient. I was seen promptly by the ultrasound tech and then the NP. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment plan in detail. They made me feel like I was their priority.
I have been a patient of The Vein Institute in Jacksonville, Florida for several years. The care I get is exceptional. The staff is friendly and professional. The Drs, ARNP's and sonogram staff are knowledgeable and put me at ease. It is a stress-free environment. I highly recommend this practice.
I had a great experience here today. Very nice office and building, easy parking. Staff were amazing and put me at ease. I'm not excited about going through the process but now I at least understand it. Highly recommend.
Always very friendly and professional when greeting me at the front desk and recaption room is always clean and very warming. My procedure I had done went very well no problems and instructions for after care was very explanatory and understanding .Everyone in the whole office are very friend ,what a great staff.
