Have tried for days to try and get an appointment by phone so went to the office in Oviedo to try and make an appointment and the office wasn't even open.Someone did call me when I was at work so couldn't answer the phone,but called them right back and again no answer.
After weeks of struggling to get a hold by phone ,their billing and coding person did the codes wrong lied about it and left my boyfriend suffering , getting actual amusement out of getting away with deception blaming humana which was not the case
