I have been using this pharmacy for over 1 year. I love the products. My patients have great results. Problems happen. There is no perfect process. When issues arise (infrequently), the staff is polite, professional and responsive with resolution. I look forward to partnering with We Care in 2026 to continue to provide for my patients. Lately, the service has been the worst. As a clinical pharmacist myself, I understand customer service and the impact it can have on a business. Poorly, managed transitions and lack of staffing can leave to a list of very unhappy patients. These days WeCare is not striving to the goals set by it customers. I used to have a great experience with this pharmacy, but this past week has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to order my prescription for over a week. I finally spoke to someone on Tuesday who said it would ship and arrive by Thursday, but then got a voicemail Wednesday asking for more info—even though I had already updated my card. Since Wednesday, I’ve called back over 10 times a day and haven’t heard back from anyone. A must for your organic, all natural products! Medicine, holistic and natural for humans and pets! A full line of natural skin care to include lotions!
