Lately, the service has been the worst. As a clinical pharmacist myself, I understand customer service and the impact it can have on a business. Poorly, managed transitions and lack of staffing can leave to a list of very unhappy patients. These days WeCare is not striving to the goals set by it customers. I used to have a great experience with this pharmacy, but this past week has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to order my prescription for over a week. I finally spoke to someone on Tuesday who said it would ship and arrive by Thursday, but then got a voicemail Wednesday asking for more info—even though I had already updated my card. Since Wednesday, I’ve called back over 10 times a day and haven’t heard back from anyone. Might be the worst experience I've ever had. Three weeks ago I ordered a medicine for my cat. When I went there to pick up the medicine on the day they said, they couldn't find it. Afterwards, they called me more than once and accused me, claiming that I gave my information incorrectly, even though they checked all the information and took the payment over the phone.
