Dr. Levitt is an awesome vascular doctor. He is cordial, smiles at the right times, serious at the right times, explains what his diagnosis is so you can understand, believes in God. I have been seeing Dr. Levitt for almost 3 years. He is at what he does. And so is the team he works with Compassionate People. They are like a part of my family.

Dr. Levitt is the most gentle, caring and professional surgeon I have met in a very long time. I have been a nurse for 25 years and Surgeon's in general have gained reputations of non-caring individuals in the medical field; yet Dr. Levitt and his team definitely put an end to this thought. I did not meet one solid individual who did not meet up to the standard of excellence in healthcare!

The time was very long to see the doctor once my ultrasound was completed. Once I saw him enter the room and talked with him, it was definately worth the wait. He made me feel very comfortable and did not seem in a rush to leave.

(2009) I had lost all but 5 feet of small bowel when transferred to ORMC for Dr. Levitt to remove an occlusion he hoped would save that 5 feet. The surgeon who removed the other 20 feet refused to operate, because of the high morbidity. My wife pled with Dr. Levitt, so he promised to do all he could. Calling another surgeon, Alberto Padron, they worked many hours, never believing I had a chance; only working to fulfill the promise made to my wife to do all he could. (I hit the char. limit)

If you need a vascular doctor, don't go anywhere else but here. The staff is the best and Dr. Levitt is the best doctor I have ever had. If you have to see someone else's in the office, all of his partners are very good as well.
