If you need shoulder surgery, I do not think you could find a better Dr! After having reverse replacement I did not take any pain meds after leaving the hospital, only 3 days after the surgery!! Such a kind soft spoken man! I would highly recommend Dr. Kumar!

I was suffering from a spinal condition that didn't allow normal activity and walking was even difficult. Medication did not relieve the problem. By referral I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Sirianni. He reviewed my MRI and other documentation of treatment and listen to what I had to say. He recommended an injection into the problem area of the spine. Within a week my condition had improved significantly. I'm back to my normal routine. Dr. Sirianni and his staff were exceptional.

Dr. Boyette is very easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Dr. Boyette is very professional. She recently did a Carpal Tunnel endoscopic surgery on my right hand and did a great job. I am excited to say that the shooting pain in my right arm and numbness and pain in my hand is gone, even though my surgery? was on March 22. The staff at Coastal Orthopedics? are very caring, helpful, courteous and professional.

Dr. Ottaviani provided me with excellent care and technical skill in administering nerve conduction tests. I was apprehensive before the visit, but was very relieved to find that my fears were unfounded. In so many medical fields, the positive attitude and proper techniques of the physician's treatments make all the difference in patient perception and comfort. This doctor understands and practices those concepts.

Dr. Siriianni administered an epidural shot yesterday , April 5, 2018 on my lower spine. I hobbled into the treatment room with pain in my lower back and down my left leg. However, I came out of the treatment room walking quite normally , and with a smile on my face. Even today I definitely feel better than I did last night. Dr. Sirianni is a gentle doctor with a good “bedside manner”. He is quite knowledgeable, compassionate, and is easy to talk to. I barely felt the epidural needles going in
Dr. Kumar did an excellent repair of a large rotator cuff tear. I knew what to expect before, during and after surgery. Follow up care was excellent and timely. After my injury I wasn't sure I would be able to continue in my passion, equestrian competition. Thanks to Dr. Kumar's expertise I am happy to be riding again without pain!

Five star Orthopedic Surgeon. I had both knees replaced within 3 months of each other and both times the procedure,post-op, and therapy have been worth the effort. I would recommend Dr. Cashen to anyone searching for end of painful knees

Dr. Boyette is amazing! I had numbness in my fingers for over a year, and the cubital tunnel surgery Dr. Boyette performed gave me back almost 100% of feeling in my fingers and relieved the pain in my elbow; plus, the surgery scar is barely noticeable! I would recommend Dr. Boyette, without hesitation, to anyone who needs a surgeon, as she is warm and caring and I felt completely safe in her care.
