Dr. O’Daley specifically explained why it would be surgically necessary to repair my broken ankle. He answered all questions in a patient, professional manner.
I most certainly will refer friends and relatives to Coastal, especially Dr Ottaviani. She is very easy to talk to and NO RUSHING. Which is especially helpful for those of us who take an extra minute to try & explain what's going on and the reason for today's visit. She actually listens to what you have to say.... All the while explaining her thoughts, possibilities and what can be done to help the situation. And I don't want to forget the staff. Short wait times. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable.
I have had 3 different surgeries on my foot. Dr O’Daly is the best. His bedside manner should be a standard of care. It starts with him and continues with Dana and Jessica. His assistant are unbelievable
One criticism: you don't see the doctor post surgery. Only physician assistant.
Very professional and well run business.
