From the time of my first visit with Dr. Otte and Amanda Notley, PA-C, to later total shoulder replacement surgery and post-op care, everything went extremely well. Kneyanna Leland, Dr. Assistant, provided outstanding support in all areas of pre-surgery prep. Per-operation pep has been explained & gone over with very helpful staff. PT after surgery is all scheduled & ready for me to start 3 days after my knee replacement. All staff has been very helpful with answering any questions I have asked.
From the scheduling of my first appointment through my actual visit, the staff from the front desk, physician assistants and techs allThe way through to Dr Otte were prompt, pleasant and very knowledgeable and efficient. I was really impressed and would recommend this group to anyone.
Excellent visit from start to finish. The staff is courteous and efficient. The online pre-registration systems work well and saved a lot of time at the appointment. Dr. Schafer is caring and clearly an expert in the field. He was able to diagnose the problem and set a treatment plan quickly. I received confirmation of my prescription within an hour of leaving the appointment. The facility is beautiful. This will be my home for orthopedic care from now on.
First, this location is incredibly clean and welcoming. Everyone is incredibly polite and helpful. I was able to receive a same day appt. My son ended up needing surgery and they were able to accommodate us the very next day! this is very short notice for a life altering event and the staff walked us through the entire process and got us squared away very quickly. Dr. Simmons really cares about her patients. She is so sweet. I recommend her to everyone.
I saw Dr Cashen for a painful left knee. I thought I was going to need a knee replacement. He gave me some options before having surgery. I have had 3 steroid injections, 3 months apart and have minimal pain now. I am considering gel injections next to extend the interval between appointments. My PA Camille is great. Her injections are virtually painless. I will continue my care at Coastal Orthopedics.
