Very pleased with Dr. Cashen at Coastal Orthopedics, and his PA Camille is the best. Neither one has ever rushed me through my appointment. You can count on good communication, thorough testing, and positive results where possible.
Dr Cashen spent time without rushing going over a report with me.
Knee replacement went well with a very quick recovery. This visit was a 5 month follow up and all was excellent.
I am a snowbird looking for follow up care for my fractured leg. Dr. Cashen did a very thorough assessment, x-rays, and prescribed PT from a very knowledgeable team . Now I don’t need any assistive devices and my strength and gait are improving every day.

I saw Dr Cashen for a painful left knee. I thought I was going to need a knee replacement. He gave me some options before having surgery. I have had 3 steroid injections, 3 months apart and have minimal pain now. I am considering gel injections next to extend the interval between appointments. My PA Camille is great. Her injections are virtually painless. I will continue my care at Coastal Orthopedics.
I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cashen especially after all the rave reviews he gets in the community where I live. But I also trust working with his PA, Camille, who is knowledgeable and thorough. They make a great team.
