I had given up hope of ever getting a knee replacement for my left knee (both are bad but the left hurt more). Saw other orthopaedic drs who would not operate on me due to my weight and multiple traumas to both knees. I had a friend who was a little younger than myself (Im 71 yrs old) who suffered from extreme knee pain. She was also overweight and had bore this pain like myself for many years. I found out she had a successful knee replacement and doing fine and Dr Boneberger her doctor!

Operation seemed to go well. When I awoke, a nurse help me get on my feet and walked me around a little. The next morning was a therapy session with others and than I was sent home. This was my second hip replacement. The first one, 15 years previously, took 6 weeks to recovery to drive and return to work. This time I was able to walk within hours and experienced little discomfort. If I had a third, I definitely will go to Dr Bonenberger . His PA, Richard Ordon, also provided excellent

Once again. Dr. Bonenberger did it again. After numerous visits and tests he had to do a cleaning of the meniscus and scrapping of the bone cause of arthritis. Excellent Doctor that puts no pressure on me as what is next. I already have a partial knee on the right. Looking at a whole knee on the left when he says, that I can’t stand it anymore. Bedside manner is excellent. Thats a big plus for me. His staff is professional but caring. I will not go any where else. He’s the BEST

What a breath of fresh air. Appointment was on time. Staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. Bonenberger was honest and didn't try to rush me to a surgical conclusion that would not likely improve an arthritic joint.

Dr. Bonenberger is an excellent doctor. He performed a Reverse Total Left Shoulder Replacement & at 8 weeks I am swinging my arm straight up in the air in front of me and to the side because of Dr. Bonenberger's excellent surgical skills. In 2009 I had a Right Total Hip Replacement by Dr. B and I had the same success. I trust him, have faith in his decisions, suggestions and abilities. My friend has Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage my time & can't see him. I know he'd help her.

Dr. Bonenberger was great. He went through the options for treating my knee, he didn't pressure me in any way. We came up with a treatment plan that I hope will suffice until I am in a place in life where I can get a knee replacement. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Bonenberger is a no nonsense Physician who I find very compassionate about what he does & with the care of his patients. I find it very easy to talk to him & voice any concerns I may have. Being a Nurse myself I am very picky whom I will allow to handle my care or any treatment I may need. He takes time with you & doesn't make you feel rushed or you are just a number. I feel he daily remembers the Oath he took to become a Physician & this is very important to me.
