Office staff friendly. X-ray tech patient, helpful and friendly. Medical staff friendly, informative, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Scheduling staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions. All staff was neat, clean and well groomed in appearance. Facility was bright, clean and furnishings were in good repair.
I felt very prepared for my surgery because of the extensive literature and text messages that reminded me of what I should be doing /stopping as surgery drew near. Landmark Surgery center made the day pretty easy and everyone was so nice! The home PT person was excellent and the daily texts kept me on task and in the know.

Went for second appt to re/evaluate knee pain. Appreciated dr’s thorough exam and explanation.. This was on Dec 7. It was determined I need surgery. However my date is set for April 19. Way too long to wait when someone is in pain, falling, and having mobility difficulties. I have asked to be moved up but have not heard anything though I continue to check back for cancellations. Though I find this unacceptable I’m wanting to stick with Dr. Greene and am still hoping for an earlier surgery date.

Dr Y is fabulous! Getting my hip replaced was the best decision ever. The entire staff, offices, surgery, and pre through post surgery are totally flawless.
1st visit went well. My only concern after the visit is how MANY times ( @ minimum 3 via text and emails) and ways my REMAINING balance was asked of me to pay the bill. Nevermind the fact that I payed my co-pay. This was sent to me BEFORE I got notification from the insurance company. I asked BEFORE I made the initial appointment if my insurance was accepted and by the office saying yes I was only expecting to pay my copay.
