Dr. Picana did surgery on my husband as he broke his fibula and injured some other areas of his leg. If y’all are looking for an excellent surgeon, this is the one for you. I very rarely give reviews, but doctor Picana is so special so brilliant but most of all so caring. he truly cared about my husband and took all the time in the world to answer our questions and to go over his medications and everything that he needed in order for my husband to heal as fast as possible. On Saturday May 13th 2023, I fell from a ladder and went to the ER where they found that I had fractured my Tibia. They told me to see an Orthopedic. This was not how I planned to celebrate my 70th birthday! I previously had a hip replacement at Costal Orthopedic and had fabulous results, so without hesitation I called Costal Orthopedic.
