Melissa is not only very knowledgeable (as a retired ICU RN I feel confident says this) she explains everything, answers all my questions and never makes me feel like she’s in a rush to move on. I have had many visits with her for injections, pre & Postop care and consistently her care is top notch.
Melissa was professional, knowledgable and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and confident before my surgery.
Although I’m coming for cortisone or injections in my knees. Melissa makes the experience actually fun. She listens and answers any of my questions and concerns. We actually are conversation and laughing but not taking up too much time. Her bedside manner is 10 out of 10. I don’t think it’s disingenuous or an act to get through the day. I believe she seems to have a real love of her career choice and though im not excited about the status of my knees, I’m glad I am a patient of hers!
