To have a doctor apologize for the delay when you’re a walk in patient says a lot. I was treated with care and was given great explanation of my condition to prevent future issues that will help with my healing .
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a medical professional. Michael was so sweet and caring while being knowledgeable and truly showed concern with my issue. I felt so grateful to be treated so well and thank God because I was going thru a lot of pain and suffering. He was exactly what I needed. He is a gem!
Michael is kind, caring and knowledgeable. He listens to you, gives options for treatment and explains them. I trust him. You may want to ask him to slow down or repeat something. Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to see him.
He provides excellent service by explaining in detail your condition and the best treatment to follow. He cares about his patient and ensures you feel confident with his recommendations. Highly recommended!
Dr Mike makes the experience so easy and informative. He is very caring and listens better than most doctors to make sure you understand all options. I would definitely recommend him!
I’ve seen Michael twice. Both visits dialogue was involved, giving me the option to be an active participant in my care. He was easy to talk to and presented the facts in a way that was easy to understood. It felt like he genuinely cared for my well-being.
