Dr Otte and Amanda Notley PA-C have guided me thru total reverse shoulder replacement of my left (June 12, 2023) and right (April 1, 2024) with outstanding recovery and results! I am pain free and looking forward to resuming my active life on the water, the golf course, pickle ball court and in the gym.

Wait time for my appt. was minimal.Caitlyn greeted me, reviewed my file and did so in a very professional and at the same time, personal manner. Dr. Otte came in just a few minutes later. His presence was so very positive! He explained my condition, answered all my questions, provided his recommendations and did so with an authentic, genuine, and truly caring manner. I left feeling very informed, and am certain that I am in good hands.

Speed and effectiveness!
Dr. Otte preformed a reverse shoulder arthroplasty on my right shoulder. I had very little pain for 4 days afterwards. I am now pain free. I am also able to turn my neck all the way to the right side of my body and I am regaining the lost strength I experienced. I would recommend Dr. Otte for your surgery.

Prepared for the surgical procedure prior. Written instructions were well done. Knew what to expect pre-operatively and post-operatively. Knew exactly what I could and could not do once I got home. Good communication from the office. Recovery went very well.

I fell last November and tore my rotator cuff . It was extremely painful and I delayed surgery until January. After my surgery , my husband and myself being the in the medical field was impressed that the recovery time was minimal. I was a new person after one week post op, with no pain or discomfort in my shoulder. Dr. Otte performed a total shoulder replacement on my right shoulder after I suffered for months with horrible pain and virtually no use of my right arm. I cannot begin to praise him enough for his accomplishments! He gave me recommendations for an ice machine and for Coastal Physical Therapy. I followed his advice and can honestly say after the first week after surgery I had absolutely no pain! I have fully recovered and have full use of my shoulder and arm. I highly recommend Dr. Otte for your shoulder repair!
