I felt Richard provided excellent service , although it appeared that the information provided to him from the staff that morning was inaccurate since he thought my previous visit and treatment was different than it actually was. But I explained and we were in sync at that point. ( meaning he was told my previous visit was a lot closer to the current visit but again all good just some staff to dr info sharing issue.

Before my visit with Richard, I was xray’d by the tech in the Oviedo ofc. When Richard entered the room he handed me a printed copy of my implant. Very impressive work by the surgical team! My follow-up visit was thorough. Richard informed me of what to expect and what I can/can’t do. He answered all my questions before I could ask them. I felt very comfortable with him and safe with him assisting Dr. Bonenberger. Mr Ordon was so professional and friendly. I didn't have to wait but a very few minutes. He is very good at what he does
I like Richard a lot he listens well and explains the options and takes time with you
Richard was very professional and knowledgeable. I have a bad knee and he took time to give me some options for helping with pain etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I am going to start a series of three knee injection.
