Very thorough and explains everything very clearly
Wonderful experience yesterday with Dr Hines. Took all the time needed to listen to my concerns and after a full evaluation and some X-rays he gave me several options. I took the dreaded shots and so glad I did. It was painless and I felt better by days end and even better today. Glad I met this wonderful Dr and will seek him out again
Thomas Hines was very helpful when I showed up as a walk-in after injuring my foot. The X-rays were taken and course of action was explained to me in details. Very happy with the whole experience including medical staff Nikita
My Walk-In treatment and follow up treatment were both excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Hines, he is quite professional, takes time to listen to his patients, shows empathy and has great bedside manners. My visit went well. I’m very satisfied with my care. Mr. Hines was great. He listened to me & explained everything. 18 hours later, I feel so much better! I would recommend him to anyone seeking orthopedic treatment .
Took time and listened. Did x-rays and sent to me back for different x-rays.Overall great experience.
We got right in and seen with in five min was in alot of pain so was great and dr Hines was great listen and prescribed the meds I needed and got back brace and mri set X-rays read was great on answering questions I also got called right back for mri and schedules wed of same week which was great thank you for your quick and great service everyone from ladies up front to back staff amazing
From the moment I arrived until I finished everyone was so kind and caring. Tom Hines was terrific, explained everything and I felt very well taken care of.
