Derek explained the procedure and answered all of our questions. He also has a great sense of humor which comes in handy when dealing with a nurse (me). I recommend him and the practice without question.
He is amazing! He takes his time to explain everything that is happening in your procedure and follow up was just as good. Explains everything that was done. No hurries like others do. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been a patient at Orlando Orthopedic for various injuries for many years.This was the first time I had the pleasure of being cared for by Derek Zefo PA-C.Derek was fantastic.His calm demeanor put me at ease and his detailed explanation of the gel injection he was going to administer into my knee had me ready to go! (I hate needles).Derek and his assistant were amazing. I felt practically nothing .I would have zero issues being seen by Derek again!

Certainly a pleasure to be attended to by Dr Zefo. His caring and knowledge were very genuine in addressing all aspects of the treatments necessary to achieve a successful recovery.Hopefully the services that were necessary for my recovery will not be needed again but if I have to be in a situation where they are, I would attempt to include Dr Zefo on my team again.
