Great communication skills, and advice
Second time Derek Zefo has administer a Gel shot for my knee. As before, he has the hands of an angel. No pain, no fuss. Outstanding bedside manner!
Experiencing undiagnosed knee pain when walking. Derek was methodical in his examination and very thorough in his explanation. He made sure I understood the next steps clearly and was comfortable before he left the room. Not many doctors do that these days. Thank you!
I had knee surgery almost 1 year ago, and I saw him because the knee was starting to give me some pain. He reviewed my history and recommended treatment. He explained that the condition was on going and all we could do is manage it. He researched the possibilities and explained what the benefits were. After treatment, the knee felt 100% better… I realize that I will need treatment again and I’m ok with that. He knows his stuff and he’s a good guy besides.
