I visited Dr Downing to get cleared for an upcoming knee surgery. I found his office to be professional, my visit was completed timely and I found Dr Downing to be very professional and he took his time to answer some additional questions I had on leg exercises.

The tech who performed the actual tests was personable and informative. Dr. Downing then reviewed my results quickly, allowing me to obtain my surgical clearance. I barely had to wait, from checking in to checking out - all a positive experience.

Dr Downing listened and paid attention when he came in. He did want to help and that was a comfort. When your time is up and you have another question bc you forgot... it's tough to get him back cuz he's moving on already. Overall the walkin clinic is great.. it's a good place. Dr Downing is a good man and I'm glad he's there
The experience was fine. I had wanted to ask a follow-up question, but the Dr was already with another patient, so did not get a good opportunity to follow up. Dr did provide the recommendation and took some action as I had expected.
